As Executive Producer of the Health Optimisation Podcast, the official podcast of Europe's largest health conference. My focus is building a rolling pipeline of world-class guests across health, longevity, and wellness. Manage end-to-end production including guest coordination, recording sessions, and distribution strategy for a premium podcast reaching thousands of listeners.

Manage cross-functional projects and coordinate team efforts to deliver high-quality outcomes. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project delivery.

Coordinate and manage video productions from start to finish. Work with marketing managers and creative directors on developing concepts for advertising, short-form, and informational videos. Create and manage processes for creative development by partnering with internal and external parties. Collaborate with cross-department stakeholders including account managers, project managers, product marketing, developers, copywriters, and designers.

Led project teams in executing Product Launches, maintaining communication and documenting all launch activities. Responsible for marketing innovations improving experience and conversion rates. Present at all Product Launch video shoots, providing edit notes and ensuring final videos meet standards. Set up email funnels and drove marketing discussions with daily tracking and performance analysis.

Managed national team of Vice Presidents and product developers with marketing. Achieved 150% growth of the program nationally. Managed international relations and brought clarity of WHY to the national plenary. Realized a new winter peak for the organization.

Managed incoming exchanges area with a team of 30+ people. Realized six national projects with more than 140 interns. Achieved the biggest national growth from 20 to 147 incoming exchanges in AIESEC Russia. Won Best VP iGCDP in Q3 and overall in AIESEC Russia.
